I was surprised to see the "Irish Suite" note on "Girl I Left Behind Me", but I looked it up and I guess there are claims the tune was originally Irish: Fiddler's Companion.

That said, I got it from an old South Sligo flute player who called it "The Shirt I Left Behind Me" and played it as a polka.
