In keeping with the decision to honor a long time Midland musician in each new summer series, this summer's concerts will be dedicated to the many years of Mr. James Stark.  Mr. Stark served as director of the Midland High School bands from 1948-1978, and was a frequent guest conductor of the Chemical City Band. He also directed the Blast from the Past big band through much of the 1980s.

Please join us in the beautifully restored Nicholson-Guenther band shell for another summer of enjoyable music in Central Park. It's our 104th season, and one of Midland's finest traditions!!

See you in the park :)
